get the Rockstar Custom Tracks thing and start ripping CD's then plug the PSP and load 'em up

For some people on certain computers, it may not necessarily recognise the PSP when it is plugged in, and therefore it won't let you transfer the files or even start ripping them, and if this happens, you can alternatively use the EAC version in order to manually rip them and place the files where ever you want, and drag and drop them onto the PSP. This was easier for me as for some reason the PC didn't recognise my PSP with this program.

Also, with this EAC program you may also manage to directly convert song files to the .gta file format, instead of using a commercial compact disc.
