Liberty City Stories Vehicles

Vehicles in Liberty City Stories are redesigned for the new time period, 3 years before GTA3, in 1998. This time round we see a much bigger variety of vehicles than what we saw in GTA3, the addition of bikes, for instance, is a major enhancement for traversing through the city. Several new vehicles, unseen in previous GTA games, is available to hijack. Below are all the vehicles captured from the game using Edison Carter's Cheat Device. Bear in mind that not all of these vehicles were meant to be in the final game and can only be accessed by spawning them with the Cheat Device. Click on any of the images to view the full version.

Boats

While the ferry can come in handy as a form of public transport, you'll probably not consider Liberty City's water to get your way round with the two boats below. The reefer are very slow and the handling is poor, but the speeder is a lot faster and is seen in many missions during the game.

Air Vehicles

It was only known a few weeks after Liberty City Stories' initial launch that the game contains air vehicles that you could actualy fly. While it was not intended to actualy be in the game, Edison Carter's cheat device makes it possible to spawn these. The helicopters can all fly, but the dodo can't even seem to drive on land - so no flying with this one unfortuneatly. According to certain "sources", Liberty City Stories was initialy built upon Vice City. That could explain why the Vice City News chopper somehow got into the game ;) .
